You can’t avoid stress, but you can stop it from becoming overwhelming by practicing some daily strategies:
1. Racing mind / never-ending mind chatter
Your brain won’t “shut off” which indicates chronic stress. A racing mind with thoughts going seemingly a million miles an hour indicates your body’s stress is elevating. You will have a hard time relaxing and quieting your mind
