Sambal Udang | Prawn Sambal | Blend Sambal | Cepat & Senang



This hot and spicy dish is so good eaten with warm white rice. Prawns are sweet and it balances the hot and spicy flavours! You won't regret trying this recipe!
Ingredients -Prawns For the paste - (Make sure to soak it in hit water for at least 20 minutes so you can blend it easily) Dried chilli - Oil - 1 cup water (Prox) - Onion - Ginger garlic paste - Tomato To make the sambal - Onion - Put in the sambal paste - Put in the prawn - Salt to taste - Cook till the paste gets creamier - Serve
