Found a Solution for My Blurry Vision!

Yes, I do wear glasses now so I can see what is happening on the board during a lecture. My eyesight used to be crystal clear before I was a blogger.

Being a blogger means you literally have to spend your time on social media. At least, that's how it is for me. I have to constantly be up to date with what is going on around the world.

I have to constantly refresh my timeline for new updates so I can get some kind of content for my blog. I also used to edit my pictures and it means more starring at the screen.

Lack of sleep is also another reason to why my vision is blurry at times and it is fine at times. These days I can't even see who is 50 meters away from me clearly.

Now, I am trying out Berry Bright and I am still on the probation on finding out if it is working for me or not. These are the reason why I am trying out Berry Bright and also why I like it.

Berry Bright is an eye nourishing drink that is formulated to help us to easily replenish the vital nutrients that are essential to protect and maintain healthy eyes and vision.

It improves eye and vision health. Berry Bright contains natural whole food ingredients that are rich in eye nourishing nutrients and beneficial to maintain a healthy vision.

High in antioxidants as New Zealand Blackcurrant contains 4x more anthocyanins than North American Blueberry, 25x more Vitamin C than Europian Bilberry, and 2x the antioxidants of North American Blueberry.

Protects against the harmful blue light as Berry Bright contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin, these carotenoids offer blue light filtering and antioxidant to protect the eye.

It improves blood circulation and helps to eliminate toxins and reduce dark circle formation.

The ingredients are Blackcurrant Anthocyanins, Eyebright Extract, Marigold Extract, Vitamin C, Bilberry Extract, and Stevia. To know how each and every ingredient works click here (Ingredients detail)

I tried both with Stevia and without, personally I like how convenient it is to make this juice. You just have to make the juice with 200ml of water which is either room temperature or cold water.

You can take 1 or 2 sachets per day but it is better to be taken before a meal. I prefer taking it before my breakfast.

It has blackcurrant taste and feels more like drinking juice but this juice caters us all kind of nourishment which we can't simply afford to get most days.

Of course, you shouldn't rely solely on this juice alone. You will have to get enough rest and sleep early. Also, stop staring at the screen for a long hour. Take a break in between while working.

Give your eyes ample of rest. It is one of the most vital organs in our life. Pamper it exactly how you will pamper your loved ones. Stop taking good visions for granted.
